SMS Properties |
 |
The SMS Properties lets you decide which part of your message will constitute the SMS
content. Note that a SMS content cannot exceed 160 characters on all
mobile phones. |
 |
The SMS content is the message subject: The SMS content will
be the subject of the message. The subject must be defined in the Header
Properties of your project. |
 |
The SMS content is the message text body: Note that a SMS
content is always a text and cannot be a HTML. If you have multiple text
in your content list, the first enabled content will be used to create
the SMS content. For modifying the content positioning, see the
contents table. |
 |
The SMS content is the subject and the text body: The SMS
content will be constituted of both subject and text body. Then you can
choose to separate these two parts by either a space or a line break (this
option is not available if you use the TM4B Email to SMS Gateway - see
the SMS settings in the application server properties). |

Sending

The application uses external SMSCs
(Short Message Service Centers) to route messages to the
recipients mobile phones. Therefore, before using the application to
send SMS, you need to configure the SMSC you want to use
within the application server.
