Queues |
The Queues give you access to all the mailing and
rendering features: message folders, schedule, statistics and log. |

Message Folders |

Inbox: Stores all incoming messages according to you
incoming queues settings. |
 |
Outbox: Stores all rendered messages (.eml files) ready for
sending. |
 |
Sent: Stores all sent messages according to backup settings in the
mailer properties. |
 |
Aborted: Receives messages when using the 'Abort All'
option from the outbox folder. |
 |
 |
View message: It lets you
display or download the selected message. |
 |
View MIME Source: It lets you
display the source of the message (in MIME). Click on
the 'Download' button to download the source of the
message as a text file and click on the 'Back' button to
return to the appropriate folder view. |

Create a sub-folder in the selected
message folder. |
 |
Delete the selected folder. Note that
the Inbox, Outbox, Send and Aborted folders cannot be
deleted. |

Export as a .csv file the list of
messages available in the selected folder. |

Check the appropriate box(es) in the
message table to move the selected message(s) to another
folder. |

message table to forward the selected message(s). |

The render creates the messages for each recipient (message headers, encode the message body
in MIME, personalization, attachments) and transfer them to the
outbox message folder. |

rendering at interruption point. |

The mailer is applied to messages in the 'Outbox' folder, whether
that box is empty, being filled or filled. Note that messages have to be
rendered (present in the 'Outbox' folder) prior to being sent. Starting
the mailer, all rendered files inside the 'outbox' folder are sent and
transferred to the 'sent' folder according to the
mailer options
selected. |
